Speechless

This picture that my sister took out at the beach this weekend left me, well, absolutely speechless.

Aside from the obvious crud that surrounds us, what a truly beautiful world we live in....

Oh Abbie!!! That IS beautiful. You should order that 5x7 or even
8x10, frame it, and hang it in your family/living room. It's gorgeous.

Hey I thought id give you a quick run thru of calebs diet. I prob. wont write a post on it right now cause i already did a while back... maybe later.. but heres the idea of it.

cut back sugar 90%
no more little debi snacks or handful of cookies/candy, etc...

He gets limited sugar.
His bread is a sugar free, no high fructose corn syrup, no perservative, etc.. bread. Its the kind I eat as well.

He is on organic milk.

With juices we give him maybe 2-4 oz a day, thats it. Always with water mixed in.

His foods cant be processed... or have preservatives in them.. sometimes he gets this if we go to a fastfood place.. but Im really trying to cut that back.

No chips or foods with hydrogenated fat/oils.

Just low sugar stuff...

Instead of regular syrup we use all natural maple syrup. If you look next time almost every NORMAL syrup (I call it normal cause its what most people use) has high fructose corn syrup. Its an artificial sweetener that can cause behavior problems in kids.. hyperness, etc...

Its in almost anything. We check all our can goods... breads... baking mixes.. etc...

Im not a natzi about it tho. if he has a cookie at church im not going to worry. I think though making an effort to cut things back helps... and his hyper behavior is cut almost in half. He listens better... obeys better.. he is just much more calm.

Hope that helps! :-)
